Formerly the Brunswick arts council solstice by the sea film festival, cinebay is a festival that focuses on curating family-friendly-short films over various genres.  2022 was the year of the festival's inception, screening narrative, documentary, animation short films as well as multiple music videos.  this year the festival will take place in the fall at the end of October.  join us for for our 4th annual film festival at the Virginia Williamson event center at the Odell Williamson auditorium.
